We regard the wellness of our practitioners along with our patients with utmost importance.  For this reason alone, we enforce a policy that dictates if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness to kindly reschedule your appointment.  Our personnel also abide by these terms.

As therapists, this is our livelihood. A missed appointment is a loss to our therapists as well as our patients. 

 

All late arrivals will end according to your appointment reservation.

If you cannot make your appointment, please notify the office within 24 hours. This can allow others waiting in line for therapy to schedule appointments.  Late cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.  All no-shows will be charged 100%.
